Our
rates are based upon the following criteria:
any text
(document) is to be translated by one
translator. The generally
accepted daily output rate is eight
typewritten pages. The typewritten page
generally accepted for translation purposes
consists of 1,800 characters including
spaces (30 lines per page, 60 characters
per line).
The
urgent (rush) rate
applies to a text (of any size) to be
translated on the day of order or on
the following day (if the text
is too large to be completed by 6:00
PM on the day of order).
The
overnight
rate applies to any
translation work done after 6:00 PM.
Rates
are applied to the
final product,
not the original text. The number of
characters in the final product is calculated
automatically by the Microsoft Word
text editor (“Service” – “Statistics”
option).
For those
who prefer to be billed per page
A
typewritten page contains approximately
210-270 words. Therefore we can determine
the approximate cost of a translated
and typewritten page:
Regular rate
(13-16 Euros per page); Urgent
rate (17-21 Euros per
page); Overnight
rate (21-27 Euros per
page).
Non-rush
orders in excess of 100 pages qualify
for discounts
of up to 15% provided
that the original material is not subject-specific.
