Translation samples of incorporation and contractual documents
As it is known, contractual and especially incorporation documents are developed on the basis of typical templates which are frequently simply filled in with necessary data (e.g., name of the client enterprise, its legal address, banking information, etc.) after which the document is polished with final touches (e.g., lines are added/removed in one article or other) and submitted for signature. Our experience shows that such documents may contain whole articles (force-majeure, confidentiality, etc.) that nomadize from one document to another unmodified. Below are translation samples of these “unchanging” articles which you may use for your own purposes, for example, to develop a translated version of your own charter/contract.
The documents that we would like to draw your attention to are two-column texts: one of the columns contains the original, and the other - its translation. As a rule, our clients prefer their documents to be translated and formatted as a two-language text. The fact of the matter is that if your contract with a foreign partner is composed in one language only it has legal force only in the jurisdiction in which the document's language is established as official. In order for this document to be legally recognized in the partner's country it needs to be translated and translator's signature must be certified by a notary.
If however the contract is typed in two languages and stamped on both sides, it has equal legal force in both jurisdictions. |
Translation samples of personal documents
Citizens who travel abroad to work, go to school, or with other purposes as a rule are required to have their personal documents legalized - they must be translated into the language of the destination country, the translation must be certified with translator's signature, and all of this must be certified with a notary stamp. Documents that are not legalized in this manner do not have legal force on the territory of other countries.
As an example, “MBS Intellect Services” Translation Agency offers its own versions of translation of some personal documents:
You may use these materials at your own discretion by using our translation as an example or simply by filling in appropriate fields with your own data. You may also make these documents available on your own websites provided that reference to the “MBS Intellect Services” website is made.
Finally, we would appreciate if you could send to “MBS Intellect Services” a document (with your own translation version or simply an original copy) which in your opinion could be included in the above list of translations of personal documents for free distribution. |
Translation samples of legislative and legal documentation
We have a great deal of experience in translating legislative and legal documentation to Russian and foreign languages. Our clients include a number of large noncommercial and state organizations, such as the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation (CEC RF), the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR OSCE), the Institute for Election Systems Development (IESD), and the International Republican Institute, which focus a significant amount of their activities on translation of legislative acts of various countries. |
